These terms apply when you use cwo.agency. Please read them, especially the section in bold, because it limits our responsibility.

By using this website you agree to these terms. They cover the website only. If you hire us, the written quote and project agreement you sign with us govern the project, and they take priority over anything on this website.

Don't misuse the website: no attempts to break its security, overload it, scrape it, send spam through its forms, upload harmful code or pretend to be someone else.

• Prices on this website, in the FAQ and in Ask CWO are starting prices and general information. They are not an offer or a quote.
• Every project gets a written quote. A project starts only when you accept the quote and sign our project agreement, which sets out the scope, price, payment terms, timeline and cancellation terms.
• Prices are in South African Rand. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.
• Sending a brief through Start a project doesn't commit you to anything.

• The client websites, screenshots and recordings shown here are examples of our work, shown with our clients' permission. Each business's name, logo, photos and content belong to that business.
• What we describe a website doing reflects that project. Every business is different, so we can't promise the same results for yours.
• Links to client websites and other sites take you to websites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

The design, text, code, logo and videos on this website belong to CreatingwithOra (Pty) Ltd or are used under licence. Material from our clients' websites belongs to those clients. Don't copy any of it for commercial use without permission.

• We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free or up to date.
• Information on this website, including FAQ and Ask CWO answers, is general. Don't rely on it as a quote or as professional advice for your business.
• To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect loss (like lost income) that comes from using this website.
• Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, or our responsibility for gross negligence or anything else the law doesn't allow us to exclude.
